Our service offerings focus on a few key markets: Civilian and DoD Federal, health science and financial services. Each business focus allows us to draw on broad resources, a deep technology base and an exciting innovation pool with which to serve customers. Philip A. Denny

President

Philip Denny is president of Denysys Corporation. Under Denny’s tenure, Denysys has been transformed from a boutique consultancy to an emerging leader in providing information technology and management services to government and private sector clients with a deep and broad expertise in the health science and finance marketplaces.

Denysys provides technology managers, software and services solutions that empower knowledge and task workers to focus on their jobs in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Not only do we provide these services and solutions on-site, but Denysys also offers business process outsourcing (BPO) services to organizations so these clients can concentrate their resources on their core functions.

Prior to starting Denysys Corporation in 1990, Denny worked for several technology and manufacturing Fortune 500 companies, including IBM and 3M, and at smaller entrepreneurial technology firms such as Data Systems & Management. He as been employed in a variety of roles, including program manager, project manager, sales rep and software developer.
Denny graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s of economics and computer application and information systems in 1977.

Karen Peterson

Vice President of Finance

Karen Peterson joined Denysys in January 2000 as the company's first chief financial officer. In this role, Peterson is responsible for the company's overall financial strategy.

Peterson has more than 15 years of experience in financial and business management, including extensive experience working with small, fast-growing companies, overseeing financial strategies and managing the loan strategies for financial institutions.

Before joining Denysys, Peterson was business loan manager for Vectra Bank of Colorado where she played a significant role in increasing the profitability of the bank’s loan portfolio.

Prior to that, Peterson was employed by Norwest bank as an internal auditor. While there, she had experience in all areas of corporate governance, acquisitions, income tax matters and financial statements.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Peterson serves on the boards of directors, and as treasurer, of several charities and community organizations in her community.

Jason Martin

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Jason Martin is Denysys Vice President of Sales, responsible for leading the firm’s national sales efforts.

Most recently, Martin was the president of MCCG, a leading management consulting firm based in New York with offices in Boston and Florida. before MCCG, Martin was a senior consultant for Citibank of New York where he managed a team of consultants.

Martin earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from New York University School of Business.
