The Denysys Corporation Board of Advisers develops corporate governance policies to both ensure the integrity of company performance and fulfill its responsibilities to shareholders.

Ethical behavior has always been, and will continue to be, a priority and way of doing business at Denysys. The Board of Advisers has adopted the Denysys Code of Conduct and other policies and guidelines to ensure that the directors and employees, including the members of the senior management team, properly fulfill their responsibilities and duties to the stockholders, employees and clients of Denysys. These policies and guidelines are designed to align the interests of directors, management and all employees of Denysys with those of its shareholders. Each Denysys employee, officer and director is responsible for upholding our standards and complying with the Denysys Code of Conduct.

To achieve our ethical objectives, these guidelines, policies and charters are subject to future refinement or changes as the board finds necessary or advisable.
